Sub-processors

The following sub-processors are engaged as of the Last Updated date. We will update this list and notify registered users at least 14 days before adding or making material changes to sub-processors.

• Supabase — Postgres database, Auth, and Vault (encrypted credential/token storage). Data hosted in the AWS us-east-1 region by default.
• Microsoft Azure / Azure Communication Services (ACS) — per-tenant email sending, Azure Functions compute, Blob Storage, and Application Insights telemetry.
• Cloudflare — DNS zone management and CDN. May process IP addresses and request metadata.
• Stripe — billing and payment processing. Card data is collected and stored directly by Stripe; zend.sh does not receive or store raw payment card numbers.
• Anthropic — Claude AI model (Haiku) used for reply classification and warmup content generation. Only non-personal warmup content and classified reply snippets are processed.
• PostHog — product analytics. Tracks workspace-level in-app events (feature usage, API call patterns). Does not receive recipient/lead personal data.
• Sentry — error monitoring and performance tracing. May receive stack traces and request context; configured to scrub PII from payloads.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for auth notifications (password resets, magic links), provisioning alerts, and system communications.
• Hetzner — Mailcow inbound mail infrastructure used by the warmup network to receive and classify warmup replies.
• Railway — application hosting and container orchestration for the zend.sh API and background workers.
• Inngest — durable job scheduling and step-function execution for warmup dispatching, provisioning pipelines, and background tasks.

We will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before adding a new sub-processor or making material changes to an existing sub-processor's role. Notices will be sent to the primary email address on your account and reflected on this page.
